Only the Sleep Number beds give you individualized comfort you both need. So, the mattress looks good the only item that needs to be replaced is the first foam layer on top of the air chambers. I have always had a mattress cover on it and a foam layer on top of that.
Everything else is in good working condition and only has slight wear.
